Annað fermingarkort með sama stelpustimplinum. Þessi fermingarstelpa hefur gaman af að syngja og þess vegna skellti ég tveimur nótum þarna með.

Vá hvað það er langt síðan ég hef sett nokkuð hér inn! Hér er fermingarkort sem ég var beðin að gera handa hestastelpu.

It has been far too long since I have posted a card here. This is a confirmation card for a girl who loves horses. I love the way the horse is looking at her and smiling :o)

Annað brúðarkort með sömu vintage myndinni og það síðasta sem ég setti hér inn.

Another wedding card using the same vintage image as on the last card I posted here. I have been so inspired by Bonnie´s cards lately, I love looking at her cards, they have so many beautiful details on them. Here I borrowed a layout from one of her cards and I am so happy with how it turned out.

Totally Gorjuss

I am entering this wedding card in this week´s challenge at Totally Gorjuss which is to use lace. Not much of a challenge for me as I love lace :o) I also love this paper pad, Vintage Summer Basics from Maja Design, it is totally gorgeous :o)

Papertake Weekly & Cute Card Thursday

Með þessu golfkorti tek ég þátt í tveimur áskorunum. Hjá Papertake Weekly má senda inn hvað sem er þessa vikuna og hjá Cute Card Thursday á að nota tag sem hentar mér vel þar sem ég virðist vera veik fyrir slíku þessa dagana :o)

I am entering this golfer´s card in two challenges. At Papetake Weekly the challenge this week is "anything goes" and at Cute Card Thursday the challenge is to feature a tag which is convenient for me as I seem to have a thing for tags at the moment. On my tag here I printed a quote about golf.

Annað afmæliskort sem ég gerði eftir sama layouti og það síðasta. Tek þátt í áskorun á Cute Card Thursday blogginu þar sem á að nota "distressing" annaðhvort með bleki eða með því að rispa kantana. Ég gerði bæði á þessu korti.

Another birthday card using the same layout as on the last one. I am entering this in Cute Card Thursday´s challenge which is "so distressing", the challenge is to distress either with tools or ink. I did both.

Papertake Weekly & Totally Gorjuss

Með þessu afmæliskorti tek ég þátt í tveimur áskorunum. Á Papertake Weekly áskoranablogginu á maður að nota eitthvað sem maður hefur búið til sjálfur og ég bjó einmitt til textaboxið sjálf og prentaði út. Á Totally Gorjuss blogginu á að nota perlur, ég notaði Viva Decor perlupennann minn og dritaði slatta af perlum utan um textaboxið og til hliðar við myndina.

I am entering this birthday card in two challenges.  On Papertake Weekly this week the challenge is to "make your own" so I made the sentiment in the top left corner and printed it from my computer. The sentiment on the tag is a stamp. On Totally Gorjuss the challenge is to use pearls which is really not much of a challenge for me as I like to use my Viva Decor pearl pen like I did here. Quite a few pearls around the sentiment and some more close to the image. I have to say I am very happy with how this card turned out :o)

Afmæliskort / Birthday card

Þetta er fyrsta kortið sem ég geri úr þessari frábæru pappírsblokk frá Maja Design. Þetta er sko pappír að mínu skapi :o) Afmæliskort handa ungri móður.

Afmæliskort / Birthday card

Mig langaði að prófa að búa til kort sem væri svona í laginu. Fyndið, en það stuðaði mig eitthvað að kortið var ekki ferkantað þannig að ég var í mestu vandræðum með að skreyta það og nota fleiri en eitt lag af pappír ;o) En það lagast vonandi næst.

I wanted to make a card shaped like this but because of the shape I found it difficult to add layers of paper and to embellish it. Hopefully I will have better luck next time.

Fermingarkort / Confirmation cards

Skrítið hvernig maður dettur í og úr blogg-gír ... kannski ég sé að detta í hann aftur ... kemur í ljós ;o)  Allavega eru hér tvö fermingarkort sem ég gerði nýlega, það er víst enn verið að ferma þó komið sé sumar :o)

Funny how I seem to fall into and out of blog mode ... I wonder if I will stay in blog mode after this post.  Anyway, here are two cards that I was recently asked to make. Both are confirmation cards for a boy.

Ett trykk

Ég var beðin að gera nokkur samúðarkort og hér kemur eitt af þeim. Með þessu tek ég þátt í Trykkpressa-áskoruninni hjá Ett trykk, þar á að nota Halloween-litina, svart og annaðhvort fjólublátt eða appelsínugult, nú eða bæði. Þið afsakið vonandi að myndin er ekki alveg í fókus :o/

I was asked to make a few sympathy cards and this is one of them. I am entering this card in the Trykkpressa challenge at Ett trykk. The challenge for October is to use the Halloween colors, black with purple and/or orange. The photo is a bit out of focus, sorry about that :o/
